If you physically (or currently) cannot break parallel on your squat, we’ve got your back. We’re committed to finding ways for you to measure & stay accountable to the extent of your squat depth. Example, squatting to & tapping a box or medball.
However as Squatober commences tomorrow, we felt the urge to argue for holding improvement in the quality of your squat in higher priority than (solely) the quantity of weight on the bar.
Our coaches will be ready to meet you where you want to be. If you’re willing to truly find your best, deepest, strongest squat — potentially sacrificing what your old max used to be & start fresh — we’ve got your back and will hold you accountable to your standard.
