Thank you to everyone in the Crew who threw down, or came out, on Saturday to make the 4th Annual Boneyard Throwdown the most memorable to date!

After a show of overwhelming generosity, an additional $930 was raised for Triad Golden Retriever Rescue by the end of the day! Giving due credit & gratitude to all participants, sponsors, and all who donated, Lumber Yard Gym is ecstatic to announce a grand donation total of $3,288.19 to TGRR!

Our Crew’s ability to go above & beyond in support of truly impactful causes cannot be underestimated, as this donation surpasses our donation of similar size last year.

We express our fullest thankfulness for all who decidedly made their mark on this event, whether through a donation, cheering for or helping out fellow Crewmates, or inspiring everyone in the room by picking up a heavy ass barbell… Without you, there is no Crew and days like Saturday wouldn’t be as magical.
