Squatober 2.0

  • Includes 2 days Tool Time bodybuilding work, mixing upper & lower body

  • Perfect sessions to replace a metcon if you’re feeling run down or beat up

  • Price : $14 (with super exclusive shirt, $39)

Squatober 3.0

  • Squatting 5xWeek

  • Supplemental work accompanying each session with Bench & Deadlift work, along with Tool Time.

  • Not (necessarily) meant to mix with YRD WRK… If you’re looking for a Thick Thighs Save Lives, 50 Shades of Chains, Say No to Bambi Hammies, Pixar Mom Protocol type of program, this is it.
