Let’s (re)build.
In case you missed getting the inside scoop from our coaches… We’ve officially concluded our 1st Week of the 2025 Rebuild.
Every workout you completed this week will be retested during the week of February 24th. After 6 weeks of training to improve weakness, along with shoring up strengths exposed during this past week, we’ll evaluate (and celebrate) your progress.
Even more so, we’ll be putting the effectiveness of our programming to the test. To pull back the curtain, here are two quotes/concepts that are serve as spot-on descriptors of the focus behind the next two months of workouts.

Although YRD WRK may feel more basic over the next handful of weeks, we’re assured it will be far from boring.
Furthermore, you’ll have more chances to build skills during workouts (like Double Unders, Pull-ups, T2B to name a few) with the shifting of focus of how many reps you complete to how long you have to complete as many reps as possible… (Tuesday’s :30 of Max Double Unders is an example of this change)
In closing & on the note of doing less, lifting only days at the Yard will be permanently scheduled for every other week.
