F&F : Partners in Crime

Didn't think a week at the Yard could get any more fun? Guess again.

After far too long, 2024 gets its first Fitness & Fellowship Week beginning TOMORROW! In case you’re new around here… F&F weeks consist of themed workouts all week long, concluding in an epic Friday night partner workout! Our theme for this week’s workouts will be Partners in Crime.

In preparation for Friday night’s festivities, claim your partner early this week & make a plan to arrive dressed to impress as your favorite legendary duo (think Luke & Leia or Starsky & Hutch… not necessarily criminals) for a chance to be voted as the winners & receive a gift card to the Yard or from our friends at Broken Compass Coffee Roasters!

If getting all decked out isn't your style, you still won't want to miss Friday night's workout & post-wod festivities... Our friends at Local Bottle Shop will be catering in Benny DaCorsa’s Pizza and offering 10% off all the Crew’s bar tabs! Talk about showing us some Crew Love!! On top of that, Alex Canup, hubby of our very own Anna Canup, will be there playing live music! 

Saturday class on the 13th will be cancelled so we can show the same abundant generosity to Local Bottle Shop for hosting & catering by keeping the fellowship rolling late into Friday night! Friday's Noon class will also be cancelled since most of the Crew will be rolling into the 5:15 PM Finale!
